The Genrall's General Store is a real piece of work. The Genralls, having been around these parts since long before statehood, have merchandise available from all the way back to the horse-and-buggy days, and for the right price you can buy it. Of course, everything in the store has some particular reason for being worth so much, what with each thing being the best of it's kind ever made, you know, The General could go on and on about the quality and workmanship that went into his particular brand of toilet paper, or anything else, and he keeps the Sheriff's office well supplied, at no charge, of course.
To the average passer-by (not too many of which there are), The Genrall's General Store looks pretty much like any small town general store, but the locals see a whole different place. There are huge store rooms in the back, where you can find just about anything. There is also a first-rate liquor store, with a variety to choose from. Seems like almost everyone who shops there picks up a little something from The Genrall Package Store. The General is a member of the local "Shiner's Club", although he seems to get a little stressed out if you mention that in front of the fancy dressed business men who sometimes come to pay him a visit.
The Sheriff and the Sheriff's deputy, Deputy Sherriff Sheriff Marshall, being the dedicated lawmen that they are, usually do a pretty good job of knowing when there are any strangers in town, and are really thoughtful in making sure The General knows when he is about to have company............provided that they ain't been over visiting Taster at the Ewetopia Bar and Grill. 'Course, if they've been visiting Taster, they kinda just wave as the strangers drive by. Since the General don't care much for having out-of-town guests unannounced, he gets a little crosswise with the whole Sheriff''s department, and has been known to charge them full price, as a way of thanking them for their diligence.
